Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 7, 2026

This policy explains what personal data ANYTOSPEECH PTE. LTD. (UEN 202649418H), a company incorporated in Singapore ("AnyToSpeech", "we" or "us"), collects and how we use it. It covers our website, mobile apps, browser extension, API and MCP server (the "Service").

Business customers: when an organization uses the Service, we handle the content its users submit on that organization's behalf. The organization is responsible for having the right to submit that content and for informing the people involved. For account, billing and website data, AnyToSpeech decides how the data is used. If your organization needs a data processing agreement, email daniel@anytospeech.com.

What we collect

How we use it

We use this data to provide and improve the Service, process payments, give support, send service and account messages, prevent abuse and keep the Service secure, measure our marketing, and meet legal obligations. Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, your consent where required, and our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not publish your content or use it in our marketing without your permission. People working for AnyToSpeech access your content only when needed for support, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting or legal reasons.

We do not train our models on your data

AnyToSpeech does not use your voice or your content to train our AI models. That includes voice samples, cloned voices, recordings, text, documents, other uploads, and the audio and transcripts generated for you. A cloned voice is created for your account, and we do not offer it to other customers.

To produce your results, we send the content needed for your request to the AI vendors listed below, which process it under their own terms.

Vendors we share data with

We share data with the service providers below only as needed for the purposes described. Which AI vendors receive your content depends on the feature, voice or model you use.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

Cookies, analytics and ads

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your language, recognize returning visitors, measure how the Service is used and measure our advertising.

This includes Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and Pirsch. We also send conversion events such as sign-ups and purchases to Meta from our servers, which can include a hashed email address, IP address and browser details. Some pages show Google AdSense ads, and Google may use cookies to select them. Accounts with an active paid plan do not see these ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.

How long we keep data

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from your profile page or request deletion in the mobile app. This cancels any web subscription and removes your account, job history, transcripts and voice records from our main database. Any remaining files are removed by the routine deletion described above.

Deleting a cloned voice in your account also removes it from our voice provider, so delete your cloned voices before deleting your account. To also erase support messages and usage data, or for help with any of this, email daniel@anytospeech.com. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.

Security

We use HTTPS to protect data in transit, store passwords as hashes, and limit access to production systems. Generated files are stored at unlisted links that are not password protected, so anyone with a link can open that file until it is deleted. Share links with care. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by law.

International transfers

We are based in Singapore, our servers are in the United States, and our vendors may process data in other countries. Where the law requires a transfer safeguard, we rely on those offered by our vendors, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain uses, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, email daniel@anytospeech.com. If you use the Service through an organization's account, we may direct your request to that organization.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. We will notify you by email or in the Service about material changes.
