Is there a free trial?
Yes! You can try it for free, no registration or credit card required.
What happens if I don't use all the characters in a month?
All unused symbols will be carried over to the next month. If you have a subscription, the remaining symbols will be added to the new accrued symbols. If you bought symbols once, they will be available forever, they do not have an expiration date.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel/pause/upgrade/downgrade your subscription anytime.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not used the product, then all payments are refundable within 7 days. No questions asked.
Is this a one-time payment or subscriptions?
By default, this is a one-time payment, you buy characters and can use them whenever you want. But if you want to top up your limit every month, then select the “Monthly” tab and then you will sign up for a monthly subscription.
