Three steps from any podcast episode to a clean, readable transcript you can search, share, or save.

Our system grabs the episode audio and runs it through a fast, accurate speech model. Long episodes are chunked automatically so even hour-plus interviews work.

Audio is great for listening, but text is great for everything else. Once a podcast is transcribed it becomes searchable, quotable, and accessible.
Need to find that one moment a guest mentioned a study or a book? Ctrl-F through the transcript instead of scrubbing the audio for ten minutes.
Skim, highlight, and quote without ever pausing playback. Studies, references, and links are easier to capture from a transcript.
Deaf and hard-of-hearing listeners, second-language listeners, and people in noisy environments all benefit from a written version of the conversation.
Once an episode is in text it's trivial to translate or summarize for an international audience or a different market.
Whatever you do with podcasts today, a transcript makes it faster.
Pull verified quotes, fact-check claims, and source-link interviews without re-listening to the whole episode.
Read along with your favorite podcast, look up unfamiliar phrases, and turn each episode into a study sheet.
Generate show notes, blog posts, and social-media clips straight from your own episodes — no manual transcription required.
Turn lectures, interview podcasts, and audiobooks into searchable notes for revision and citations.
Paste a link from any of these platforms or upload an audio file directly. Spotify-exclusive shows aren't supported because of DRM — please upload the audio file instead.
No. Spotify Originals and exclusive shows are protected by DRM and can't be downloaded by any tool. If you can find an MP3 of the episode somewhere else, upload it directly and the transcription will work normally.
Files up to 500 MB and several hours long are supported. Longer episodes are split into chunks automatically and stitched back into one transcript at the end.
The speech model auto-detects the spoken language and works with most major languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, and many more.
Quality depends on the audio: clean studio podcasts produce near-perfect transcripts, while noisy field recordings or heavy accents may have small errors. Punctuation and paragraphs are added automatically.
Uploaded audio and transcripts are stored on your account so you can come back and re-download them. Logged-in users can delete any transcript from their profile at any time.
Free users get 100 minutes of transcription each month, shared with our regular audio transcription tool. Paid plans expand the monthly minute pool: Standard gives 1,000 minutes and Pro gives 5,000 minutes per month.
