How to Connect AnyToSpeech to Claude

Claude writes and reasons brilliantly, but it can't speak or produce an audio file. Add AnyToSpeech as a custom connector and Claude can narrate documents, voice scripts and build podcasts for you.

Setup

Set up AnyToSpeech in Claude

Custom connectors work in Claude on the web, the Claude desktop app and Cowork. Free accounts can add one custom connector.

  1. Open Connectors

    In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors. On Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner first adds it under Organization settings → Connectors (Add → Custom → Web), then each member connects.

  2. Add a custom connector

    Click + then Add custom connector. Name it AnyToSpeech and paste the server URL below. Leave Advanced settings empty: Claude detects the OAuth setup automatically.

  3. Connect and sign in

    Click Add, then Connect. Sign in to AnyToSpeech and approve the permissions.

  4. Turn it on in a chat

    In any conversation, open the tools menu and make sure AnyToSpeech is enabled. Then ask for audio: "read this aloud", "make a podcast", "use my cloned voice".
