A typical baritone range is roughly A2 to A4 (sometimes listed as G2–G4). If mid-low notes feel natural and very high notes strain, baritone is a strong match.

Baritone vs tenor and bass

Tenors live higher; basses live lower. Baritones own the middle. If you can dip toward bass notes but lack easy C5 tenor highs — or the reverse — you are often still a baritone with overlap.
